![]() Trespass- A not for profit in the 3600-block of NW Samaritan Dr requested to have a female patient trespassed from their facility. The driver was arrested for DUII and transported to jail. Officers determined the driver, a 46-year-old male Corvallis resident was intoxicated. The victim also reported the female suspect struck a parked vehicle with a hatchet putting a hole in the front fender.ĭUII – Officers stopped a vehicle in the area of SE Alexander and SE Ryan. Officers contacted the victim who stated an unknown female approached them carrying a knife and threatened to kill them. The male was issued citations and released.Ĭriminal Mischief & Menacing – Officers responded to the 400-block of NE Circle Blvd for a report of a female threatening an employee with a knife and hitting a parked vehicle. The officer identified the driver as a 58-year-old male with an Adair Village address and found the male had an active warrant out of Benton County Circuit Court. The second male (unknown at this time) was the one who stole the bottle of vodka.ĭriving While Suspended (violation), PCS Meth & Warrant Arrest – An officer stopped a vehicle in the 600-block of NW 27th St for a traffic violation. The employee identified one of the two males as 36-years-old with no fixed address and reported he was previously trespassed from the business. An employee reported two males stole a bottle of vodka and left the area without paying for the alcohol. Theft III & Criminal Trespass II – Officers responded to the 1800-block of NW 9th St for a shoplift. The victim fell and struck his head on a nearby bench. The responding officers contacted the victim who said he was punched in the back of the head by an unknown male. Female was charged with DUII and Reckless Driving.Īssault – A witness called in to report a victim was punched in the back of the head in the 1000-block of SW 3rd St. The male was placed into custody and transported to the Benton County Jail.ĭUII- A 60-year-old Corvallis female was arrested for DUII after being stopped for a traffic violation in the 3500 block of SE Midvale Drive. The mail was considered not to be of any danger.įorgery – Officers were dispatched to the 400-block of NW 3rd Street for the report of a 45-year-old male, Albany Resident, who was trying to pass a forged check at a local bank. Hazmat was called to the scene to investigate. Bank employees opened a piece of mail and could smell an odiferous smell emanating from the piece of mail. Suspicious Circumstance – Officers were dispatched to the 4800 block of SW Research Way for the report of a suspicious package arriving at a bank. The male was issued a citation in lieu of custody for the warrant. ![]() Upon contacting the driver, a 36-year-old Lebanon male, the officer learned the male had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Warrant Arrest- An officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1800-block of NW Harrison Blvd. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. The caller reported a male had stolen items from the business and left on foot. Shoplift- An officer responded to the 2400-block of NW Kings Blvd for a theft that had just occurred. Stolen Vehicle – Officers were dispatched to the 700-block of NW 23rd Street for the report of a Green 1993 Honda Accord that was stolen overnight. The male was cited in lieu of custody for the open container. Open Container – Officers were on patrol in the 400-block of NW Harrison Blvd., when they saw a 28-year-old male, with no fixed address, walking around with an open container of alcohol.
